Bodega Head Afternoon

Bodega Head is an area of the Sonoma County coast in Northern California known for the ruggedness of the cliffs and dramatic shoreline. I went there on a day when the inland temperatures were in the low 100's but there, in the refreshing 70's. Along the cliff tops is the vibrant iceplant in shades of green, red and gold.
